2010 Quakysense IJSBA World Finals in Lake Havasu

Even though the 29th Annual 2010 Quakysense IJSBA World Finals took place over 7 months ago, we here at IPD Graphics feel that a blog post covering the event is still very much needed. Race season is in full gear, and we are excited to relive the excitement of the 2010 Jet Ski World Finals and share some of our pictures.

The IJSBA World Finals returned to Lake Havasu on October 3rd, where 667 entries from 37 nations came out  to support the sport and test their skills against the top racers in the sport. This jet ski extravaganza took place in sunny weather, light breezes, and in the midst of the original London Bridge. Despite economic hardships, spectators filled the stands to witness the world’s most unique sporting championships and to help expand exposure for the personal watercraft industry.

The 2010 World Finals featured a re-designed course that appeared to be safer for the riders and provided more of a flow. The choppy Colorado river waters proved to be a challenge for the riders and therefore made the competition that much stronger.

The IPD Graphics team is extremely excited to see what the 2011 IJSBA World Finals has in store foe both the riders and the fans. Come out to support the sport, the athletes, and the entire personal watercraft industry this October in Lake Havasu!

Keep an eye on the IPD Graphics blog in the upcoming months for more information on the World Finals, and to find out how IPD Graphics is going to be involved this year.
